xp666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; (c) the account is involved in suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Upon account closure for breach-related reasons, xp666 may forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real money balances remaining after legitimate liabilities are settled will be returned to the verified payment method on record, subject to standard verification procedures.
